What Happens to What You Throw Away

 

What happens to your trash and recycling once it leaves the transfer station? At this session in our Community Conversations series, representatives from ecomaine and the Cape Elizabeth Recycling Committee will take us through the process. ecomaine, a non-profit waste management company, processes both our trash and our recycling at their Portland location! ecomaine works hard to keep Maine’s environment clean and you can help, too, by learning the do’s and don’ts of recycling and trash!
