The library provides access to a selection of digital magazines through a platform called Flipster. You can access these titles on this page below, directly on your computer, or you can download the Flipster app for Apple or Android devices for access on your mobile device.

Comics Plus® titles are also available through the cloudLibrary app.
The Digital Maine Library provides every resident of Maine with access to online resources that include a collection of full text articles and abstracts from magazines, newspapers, journals and reference. It also provides students, business people, public library patrons, and higher education students and educators the ability to use online learning tools.
The Digital Maine Library may be accessed from any public, school or academic library in Maine. Access is also available from your home or business in Maine. - Hobbies & Crafts Reference Center: Includes leading full-text hobby and craft magazines, hobby profiles, recipes, and videos all in a unique, dedicated user interface with easy-to-browse categories.
- My Heritage–Library Edition: Includes birth, death and marriage records; the complete U.S. and U.K. censuses; immigration, military and tombstone records; and nearly 5 billion family tree profiles. New exclusive content is added daily, with more than 100 million records added every month.
- NoveList Plus: The premiere database of reading recommendations, available through libraries around the world presenting fiction, nonfiction and audiobooks and includes expert recommendations, reviews, articles, lists and more.
- NoveList K – 8 Plus: A database about books specifically for younger readers. It helps kids find books that are just right for their reading level and interests.
- Environment Complete: Offers deep coverage in applicable areas of agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, renewable energy sources, natural resources, marine & freshwater science, geography, pollution & waste management, environmental technology, environmental law, public policy, social impacts, urban planning, and more.
- GreenFILE: Offers well-researched information covering all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more.
This statewide resource also includes the Ancestry Database, however this resource is only accessible within the library.
cloudLibrary allows you to borrow and read eBooks and eAudiobooks for free. Download the free cloudLibrary app and log in with your TML card. The app includes a fully functional reader allowing the user to read eBooks directly in the app, as well as bookmark and save the position of your books across devices. It also includes an audiobook player, allowing you to download, play and listen to audiobooks offline.
