Dr. Hannah Baranes is a Coastal Scientist at GMRI and serves on the Maine Scientific and Technical Subcommittee, which informs the Maine Climate Action Plan. She will talk about the latest sea level projections, this winter’s coastal storms, and what these mean for future flood risk in Maine. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the impacts you’ve been seeing locally and your concerns for the future with your neighbors and Hannah. This presentation supports the GPCOG Climate Action Plan process for the Town of Cape Elizabeth.
