Monday, February 3 -- 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

a blue circle with a laptop, desktop computer, ipad, and phone in front of it

In this class, we will explore apps, software, and devices that help promote and maintain exercise and diet, monitoring blood sugar, blood pressure, weight medication reminders, using FitBits, Apple Watch, etc., and connecting with Bluetooth.

We’re once again working with the National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) to offer a series of free digital literacy classes for our community. NDEC strives to provide valuable hands-on experience to empower you with the digital tools you need to navigate today’s world. These classes are in-person at the library.

Registration is limited to 10 people, and is required for each class.
To register, click on the “Reserve your spot” button
next to your class of interest
HERE.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please re-submit your registration or contact us. Please note: you will need to fill out a one-time enrollment form for the NDEC when you sign up for your first class.

Any questions about classes, registration, or enrollment? Call us at 207-799-1720 or email Rachel Davis, Library Director, at rdavis@thomas.lib.me.us
